How It Works

We make party planning simple & stress-free! Here’s how booking with The Party Bunch works from start to finish.

  1. Browse Our Packages

    Explore our party rental packages & choose the option that works best for your celebration

  2. Request a Booking

    Click “Request a Booking” and submit the booking request form.

    *Submitting a request does NOT confirm your booking yet - this allows us to check availability and make sure everything is a perfect fit.

  3. We confirm Availability

    We’ll review your request and contact you to confirm availability, pricing, and any other details.

  4. Secure Your Date

    Once confirmed, we’ll send you:

    • A Stripe invoice for a 50% deposit

    • Our Rental Agreement, which is accepted during checkout.

    Your booking is officially confirmed once the deposit is paid.

  5. Final Payment

    The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to pick up or delivery date. A final invoice will be sent closer to your event date.

  6. Party Time!

    We’ll have your rentals ready for pickup at the scheduled time.

  7. Return

    After your event, you’ll return the rentals. Please ensure items are returned clean & in good condition.
