POLIcies & Procedures

We want every party to be fun, easy, and stress-free! Please review the policies below before submitting a booking request.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date & rental items.

The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to pickup.

Bookings are confirmed once the deposit invoice is paid.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Customer pick up is always FREE & must be scheduled in advance.

Delivery is $30 within Wenatchee & East Wenatchee.

Delivery outside Wenatchee & East Wenatchee is $30 + $1 per mile.

Rental items must be used only for their intended purpose.

Items may not be altered, taped, nailed, or damaged.

Adult supervision is required for all activities involving rental equipment.

Items must be kept away from fire, sharp objects, pets, and food unless otherwise approved.

Rentals proceed rain or shine.

No refunds will be issued for weather-related issues once items have been delivered.

Rescheduling due to severe weather may be considered at our discretion.

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date are eligible for a refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may forfeit the deposit.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will incur a $50 cancellation fee and forfeit the deposit.

No refunds are provided for early returns or unused rental items.

Rental time begins at pickup (or delivery) and ends at the scheduled return.

Late returns or extended use without approval may result in additional charges.

Customers are responsible for rental items from pickup or delivery until return.

Fees may apply for damaged, lost, stolen, or non-returned items.

Items must be returned clean & as received. Excessive cleaning will result in a minimum $25 cleaning fee.

Rental equipment involves inherent risks.

Customers agree to supervise all participants at all times.

The Party Bunch is not responsible for injuries or damages arising from use of rental equipment.
